Walk and Talk Sessions

For clients who have difficulty sitting for prolonged periods of time, walk and talks can be an excellent alternative. It enables us to complete counselling in a natural environment while engaging in physical movement. Additionally, it allows for us to practice slowing down, mindfulness, and being present in the moment while engaging our senses. Walk and talk’s typically take place in a forest trail in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, or Port Moody.
